Finances for the Non-Financial Manager

Target Audience: Any manager or supervisor who needs a better understanding of finance and accounting as it relates to business.

No matter what type of business you're in, you need to understand profit and loss and how it is determined. Now there is a non-threatening way to achieve that understanding. This EASC course will effectively communicate the information you need clearly and without stress. This course is designed to give the participant a working knowledge and understanding of the basic principles of finance. Its structure is such that it will assist a non-financial person to participate in the budget process, read income statements, be familiar with financial terms, and read financial statements, financial overviews and forecasts with understanding. This class includes discussions on cash flow, assets, liabilities and equity.
